i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. the location was also very convenient, near transportation. i really enjoyed the yummy breakfast they provided each morning.
the room was a bit small, and i wished there was more storage space. it was ok for me as a solo traveller, but might be tight for a couple. i also noticed the room lacked a kettle and iron.

The location was acceptable. It was near the hop on hop off bus line.
On entering, it was obvious this is a two star hotel. It was dowdy and DARK. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time.

The breakfast buffet was a real letdown. It was quite small and cramped. the quality seemed more like a hostel than a hotel, it was a terrible way to start the day.
